Over the last few weeks I have found out the surgery dates, signed all the papers for admittance to Guys and now await the surgery date in London. In the last ten days we have gone through the loss of my Dear Friend Sarah's mother who left us quietly a week ago Saturday. We have spent the last week going through the many things one must do when a love one passes. It has been a time of much sorrow for Sarah and she has again shone through. It has been my honour and privilege to help her arrange the funeral and reception. Doing the catering helped us keep a balance and insure that Kate would have a beautiful sendoff. Sarah has decided to take the time to walk the Camino de Santiago in mid September as a way to heal from the loss of her Mother and to focus on where her life will go for the future. I am happy to give her hints from my pilgrimage and know that her walk will bring a new meaning to her life and open up her eyes to a new path wherever it may lead. If you have any wisdom to pass please comment here and I will pass on to Sarah privately.
Hoping I find you all well.
Brett.
